Marketing Associate

Oxford and Cambridge Tutors is a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to providing our clients with a high-touch and personalised tutoring service. Our team members work on a variety of exciting projects, giving them the opportunity to develop skills ranging from programming and data, recruitment, to sales and marketing—and receive on-the-job training. Team members also have opportunities to be involved in key projects and leadership early on in their careers, that may not be offered in larger organisations.

Job description

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy across a diverse range of products

  • Evaluate and review existing marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to hone and improve output and ensure campaigns are effective

  • Develop and improve company websites to drive traffic and sales

  • Produce copy for websites, direct mail, brochures, advertisements and social media platforms

  • Embed brand management within the organisation to build strong brand equity across a range of products

  • Monitor and regularly report on competitor activity

  • Create collateral and marketing material for a range of campaigns

  • Organise and deliver a range of online webinars for clients

  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget

  • Option of doing some tutoring as part of the role

Location and work pattern

  • Ideally based in Oxford, or within an hour or so of Oxford (including London)

  • Monday to Friday, possibility of hybrid working (some working from home, some time in the office); a part-time arrangement also may be possible

  • Occasional evening and weekend work during events, for which time off in lieu will be given

Remuneration and benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
